I have led as a player-coach, staying hands-on in the work while investing in the people doing it.
At Shutterfly, that approach carried a team through a corporate acquisition and supported
a roughly 15% lift in app engagement.
For more than fifteen years I have taught and mentored designers at Parsons School of Design NYC,
Hong Kong Polytechnic University, SCAD Atlanta, Academy of Art University SF and University of Texas,
building curricula and guiding students from first portfolio to professional practice.
Today I help emerging and established creatives grow through mentorship, portfolio coaching, and
creative leadership for the brands they build.
